Job Overview:
General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs, and maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation:
Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
