Responsibilities
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Consistently reach out and follow‑up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Gather local community information to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Oversee the entire sales process from listing to closing, ensuring a seamless transaction for clients
  • Leverage your local market knowledge to guide clients through their home search and provide valuable insights about communities
  • Actively prospect and develop new leads to grow your career within the specific geographies we serve
  • Deliver top‑tier service by building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted advisor for repeat and referral business
  • Stay in consistent contact with leads to nurture opportunities and convert them into successful sales
Qualifications
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Self‑motivation and drive
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Technology driven
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • A proven record of sales experience is preferred but not required—what matters most is your drive and determination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
  • Tech‑savvy and proficient in using modern tools and platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment
Compensation

$65,000 – $105,000 per year
