Sales Representative - Paid Relocation to Cincinnati - $2500 SIGN-ON BONUS

This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 per year, along with a $2,500 sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance to Cincinnati, Ohio. Once you build a solid client book, TQL will pay to relocate you again to any of our 60+ offices nationwide.

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time‑sensitive freight, and manage daily operations
• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book and use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
