Account Executive – MSP role at ITC Worldwide. Role:
Account Executive – IT ( MSP ). An experienced Account Executive with a hunter mentality to help drive growth and development of the clientele base. Works alongside the VP of Sales to provide IT solutions and manage earning potential. UNCAPPED COMMISSION OPPORTUNITY + Base + Benefits.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT services, including Infrastructure, Cloud technologies, IT Managed Services (ITMS), and/or IT Outsourced (ITO) services, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other high-level executives. This role focuses on acquiring 4 new logos per month: IT Services including Help Desk, Azure Infrastructure, Automation (Robotic Process Automation - RPA), and Microsoft Business Applications.
Responsibilities- Develop, track, and close sales leads through prospecting, leveraging your network, and gaining strategic partnerships.
- Identify prospect requirements including technical, infrastructure, configuration, and other needs; call prospects to continually find new customers and projects.
- Collaborate with technical staff to generate proposals.
- Present proposals to clients to engage interest in managed services.
- Work with the marketing team to develop informational seminars, marketing material, targeted campaigns, and qualified leads.
- Qualify opportunities to determine scope of work.
- Manage pipeline and move opportunities through to close independently.
- Leverage networking events, chambers, and groups to promote the brand and build long-lasting relationships.
- 5+ years of experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers in an account executive or sales role, preferably with direct MSP experience in tech.
- Ability to identify client pain points and offer solutions based on feedback.
- Ability to identify target clients and book exploratory meetings.
- Proven track record of sales performance including new business development.
- Ability to travel throughout the area for client-facing meetings.
Certain customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
Range and Benefits- US Hiring Range: from $150,000 - $175,000 per year, OTE.
