• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain – study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum four years post‑high school work experience. Candidates within six months of degree completion or with less than four years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
