- Income:
On Average $150,000/yr - $200,000/yr (Paid Weekly) - Schedule:
Monday - Saturday (Full Time)
- Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that best fits their needs; consultants are trained to offer a wide range of window, patio door, and entry door options.
- Use tools, training, and our sales methodology while building rapport with customers to offer our replacement services.
- Leverage industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist in closing sales.
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience from project start to finish.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to recommend and close on solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience
- Prior experience in the Home Improvement or Construction industry is a plus
- Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds
- Proven track record of closing sales
- Self-motivation and results orientation
- Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Healthy competitive drive balanced by teamwork
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. This Company participates in E-Verify.
