- Income:
Average $50,000–$70,000 per year (Base + Bonus), paid weekly - Flexible schedule – weekdays and weekends, full‑time
- Generate high‑quality leads through door‑to‑door campaigning in assigned territory
- Deliver a pre‑qualifying lead presentation to prospective homeowners
- Provide daily lead and appointment reports and attend team meetings
- Maintain communication with the call center and sales team
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum 18 years of age)
- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Previous door‑to‑door sales, appointment setting, or retail experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation for commuting to various locations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed
- Ability to learn and apply selling techniques
- Comfortable walking throughout neighborhoods for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal communication, social intelligence, charismatic personality, and people skills

• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
