Excelsior Defense, Inc. Excelsior Defense is currently seeking professional and dependable Class D licensed Security Officers to join our Gainesville guard force. We have multiple shifts available and are looking for individuals committed to safety, integrity, and public service.

• Pay Rate: $15.25 – $17

  Multiple shifts available (Full-time & Part-time).

• Valid Class D Security Officer License (Florida)
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
• Prior experience in utilities, water treatment plants, or municipal facilities is a plus
• Strong report writing skills.

• Experience in facility security or critical infrastructure protection
• Understanding of access control protocols and surveillance systems
• Familiarity with patrol reporting and incident documentation.

• Securing perimeter and restricted areas
• Monitoring access to critical infrastructure
• Reporting incidents and suspicious activity promptly
• Conducting patrols in accordance with post orders
• Maintaining a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity
