• Actively perform and enforce company safety policy and program.
• Attend safety meetings, comply with regulations, report and investigate accidents.
• Plan site‑specific job safety procedures.
• Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to project start.
• Inspect environment and equipment for safety concerns.
• Execute project tasks, ensuring tools and materials are used safely and efficiently.
• Complete the project per scope, work plans, and specifications.
• Assist foreman in tracking and monitoring project inventory.
• Maintain high‑quality on‑site customer relations and project image.
• Comply with all governmental rules and regulations (OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, etc.).
• Notify management of real and potential job problems promptly.
• Assume responsibility for care and use of company equipment, materials, and tools.
• Execute proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage.
• Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned.
• Maintain ethical business conduct.

• Experience as a mason or tuckpointer.
• Knowledge of concrete restoration and caulking.
• Experience with waterproofing, including cold‑applied waterproofing.
• Experience with parking garage restoration.
• Reliable form of transportation.
• Acceptable background check as per company standards.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

Hourly rate ranges between $21 and $38, depending on qualifications.
