We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) to join our crew. As a PMT, you’ll work outdoors using specialized equipment to apply materials like traffic paint, crack filler, sealcoat, and more to pavement surfaces. This is hands‑on work where you’ll see the results of your effort every day. We serve commercial clients throughout the Gainesville metro area and North Central Florida, and you’ll be part of a crew that takes pride in doing things the right way to make properties look their best.

No experience is necessary—we provide full training for motivated individuals who want to grow with a strong team.

Our Pavement Maintenance Technicians utilize our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets.

• Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more.
• Tow and transport equipment trailers.
• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project.
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager.
• Clean and maintain equipment regularly; report issues or needed repairs to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain a safe, hazard‑free job site.
• Additional tasks as required.

• Local full license driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation.
• Self‑motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve.
• Understanding of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience towing trailers is a plus (or willingness to learn).
• Past experience on a team or sports team is a plus.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs).
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised.
• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset.
• Engineering or technical education or training background is an asset.
