Apartment Maintenance - Make​/Punch Technician

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $20.00/hr

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Apartment Make Ready/Punch Technician to prepare vacant apartment units for new residents and ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality. This includes performing minor repairs, touch-ups, and general maintenance tasks.

• Conduct thorough inspections of vacant units and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
• Ensure all units are cleaned, functioning, and ready for occupancy by new residents.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and property management to address any issues promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed.

• Must have your own tools.
• 1-2 years of previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of the English language.
