Inspect, service and repair all equipment and systems serviced by the Maintenance department including, but not limited to, those listed in Attachment
A.
Minimum
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school education or equivalent. Prefer training associated with Masters' or Journeyman(s) license or two or more years of specialized education. A journeyman's license that includes a minimum of four to six years of commercial related trade work experience, or six to eight years of commercial related trade work experience without a journeyman's license, with a preference of three or more years of that experience in a healthcare environment.
Technical educational training may substitute for up to two years work related experience.

Licensure/Certification /Registration:
A valid Florida drivers license.
