Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a regional position; candidates should reside in the Gainesville, Florida area. This role requires travel, a self-directed work style, and a willingness to learn and grow in the Telecom industry.

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per Pearce policies and insurance requirements.

Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Compensation: $30.00-$38.00 hourly/DOE

Base pay range and pay practices are communicated during the hiring process; actual compensation varies based on factors such as skill set, experience, and location.
