As an invaluable member of our team, you'll make $30.00 - $35.00/hour and receive a $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment. We also offer end-of-year truck bonuses and excellent benefits such as:

You’ll also receive uniforms and a tool account

• 4+ years of HVAC experience
• 4+ years of experience managing a work truck
• HVAC certification or relevant trade school education
• Valid and clean state driver's license
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds
• Service Titan experience

You typically work Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm (or until the day's jobs are done). Additional hours may be required during peak summer months, and we have an on-call rotation for emergency services. In this role, you speak with clients about their heating and air conditioning needs, assess their systems and equipment, and get everything in peak operating condition.

You diagnose issues, troubleshoot solutions, and perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and replacements.
