As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will take full ownership of complex, full-stack features within Appia®, our flagship construction administration solution. We are looking for a developer who looks beyond the code to understand the "why" behind the business logic; someone who can translate intricate construction workflows into intuitive, reliable software. You will champion high engineering standards, writing production-grade code while collaborating across teams to ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and truly helpful to the people building our nation’s infrastructure.

- Ensure high-quality releases by conducting thorough testing and collaborating closely with support teams to rapidly resolve production issues and refine user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous technical improvement.
- Collaborate across teams to expand the use of AI-assisted development tools and explore new ways to integrate them into daily workflows.
