This role is offered by gpac, an established CPA firm that provides clients with valuable knowledge and expertise in tax. Due to recent growth, the firm seeks a Tax Manager to lead a team of highly motivated staff.
Base pay range$90,000.00/yr – $/yr
Tax Manager Responsibilities- Lead and manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing processes for clients.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Review and analyze complex tax issues and provide recommendations.
- Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients on tax‑related matters.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Must have CPA
- 5+ years of proven experience in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- $90,000–$150,000
- Excellent benefits package
