• Research, review, and organize complex tax documents and filings
• Manage tax compliance and provide strategic tax consulting to a diverse client base
• Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff, fostering professional development
• Participate in business development and client relationship management
• Leverage firm technology to improve efficiency and enhance client service

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA required
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to and utilize modern accounting technology

• $90,000 - $150,000, depending on experience
