• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing classroom needs and support various instructional activities.

• Assist in implementing individualized education plans and classroom activities as directed by certified teachers.
• Encourage the academic, social, and emotional development of students through direct engagement and support.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to help students meet learning goals.
• Collaborate with faculty to maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive classroom environment.
• Document student progress and communicate observations with teachers and specialists.
