Position Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key interface with customers, representing the program team and FOX.
• Lead cross-functional teams from manufacturing, quality, design, development, and purchasing to bring new products into production on schedule.
• Plan and oversee the fulfillment process for all deliverables during the project.
• Establish project schedules and milestones, coordinating with sales, engineering, creative, and finance to ensure timely completion.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Act as the customer-facing voice of the company during fulfillment.
• Manage internal and customer escalations appropriately.
• Communicate project deliverables and customer expectations clearly to teams.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required:

• Exceptional presentation skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to manage external customers and internal teams through engineering, hardware fabrication, and testing.
• Experience in growing existing or new business with current customers.
• Knowledge of ISO IATF 16949, ISO 9000:2008, AS9100, process flows, and control plans.
• Initiative, drive, and influencing skills.
• Strong project management, customer management, and business acumen.
• Experience leading teams across multiple sites and time zones.

Position

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or 15 years of experience managing large-scale Tier 1 automotive programs.

Experience: 10+ years in Program/Project Management within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Preferred Experience: Tier 1 automotive environment, Lean Manufacturing, chassis, suspension, and shocks experience.
