Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA

Kids Club ABA is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company that brings a wealth of experience to supporting individuals with autism. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. We take pride in our family-centered approach, working closely with RBTs to understand their priorities and develop highly individualized behavior intervention plans.

Our mandate is to promote from within for advancement.

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

• Conduct assessments

• Provide training to parents and staff

• Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA

• Maintain records and documentation

• Attend professional development activities

• Supervision of RBTs

• The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.

• Master's degree in ABA or related field

• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) certification

• 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA

• Strong understanding of ABA principles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Total Compensation: $80,000 - $120,00 up to base salary tiered and based on experience and competency.

• Hourly Compensation: $80 - $100
