Experience- 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
- This role will require floating to multiple locations
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
- COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- Flu vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.
- Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.
- Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Experience:
Must have been continuously working in this speciality for the past 24 months, with no breaks in employment over 30 consecutive days.
Monday-Friday. Must work 2 major holidays out of the 3:
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. You should be expected to work 1 minor holiday out of these 3:
Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve. No call.
Float to Braselton and multiple locations.
Facility holidays11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
Driver’s license required for submission
