Legal Operations Analyst – Onsite Position
Veterans in Healthcare is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to support contract management and system administration under the supervision of Senior Legal Counsel. The role includes day‑to‑day oversight of our contract management system and Docu Sign, providing user assistance, developing reports, and ensuring compliance with NGHS policies and regulatory standards.

The primary responsibility of this position is to perform contract management program administrative tasks and duties to ensure compliance with NGHS policies and regulatory and accreditation standards. Responsibilities include providing initial contract review, administering the contract management system, assisting users, tracking requests, and running system reports as requested by Legal Counsel or leadership.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities- Serve as primary day‑to‑day system administrator for the contract management system and Docu Sign system.
- Track user assistance to capture metrics and inform the team of trends and opportunities for platform improvement.
- Escalate platform or Docu Sign issues to vendor support and track help desk tickets.
- Develop and run reports requested by Legal Counsel or NGHS leadership.
- Perform basic initial contract review for Legal Counsel in accordance with checklists and standard work.
- Act as the quality control gatekeeper for contracts and agreements throughout NGHS, ensuring Business Associates Agreements and supporting documents are present.
- Support Legal Counsel and perform tasks as assigned by Senior Legal Counsel.
- Serve as primary system administrator for Docu Sign and contract management system.
- Act as a backup in contract routing and tracking functions for Legal Counsel.
- Assist with basic system administration tasks for the legal matter management/billing platform.
- Develop and run standard and ad‑hoc reports within Docu Sign and contract management systems.
- Provide and track user assistance in both platforms.
- Attend relevant meetings as necessary.

- Extensive knowledge of contract management system and ability to create and run reports
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two (2) years of experience in contract administration or contract management
- Any relevant licensure or certifications
- Additional educational credentials
- Additional experience in contract administration
- Weight lifted up to 20 lbs (occasionally up to 30%)
- Weight carried up to 20 lbs (occasionally up to 30%)
- Vision requirements heavy, 66‑100% of time
- Kneeling, stooping, bending, standing, walking, pushing/pulling, intensity of work – occasionally up to 30%
- Job requires reading, writing, reasoning, talking, keyboarding, driving
