An innovative, fast-growing company in the poultry industry is seeking a dynamic Director of Supply Chain to elevate and optimize our end-to-end operations. In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee production planning, customer service, warehousing, transportation, purchasing, and supplier management across multiple sites. This is a rare opportunity to own the full supply chain function and directly influence the company’s growth trajectory.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 40–50 employees—including seasoned managers—across two strategic locations.
  • Oversee logistics, warehousing, transportation, inventory, and supplier agreements with an emphasis on efficiency, compliance, and cost control.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Quality to ensure a reliable supply chain that supports strong business performance
    .
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing systems, analyzing spend, and implementing best-in-class supply chain strategies.
  • Champion safety, regulatory compliance, and a culture of operational excellence at every level of the organization.
What We’re Looking For
  • 10 years of supply chain leadership experience
    , ideally in cold storage, poultry, or food & beverage manufacturing.
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s in Supply Chain or Business preferred
    .
  • Proven success leading multi-site operations, inventory strategy, and complex logistics networks
    .
  • A strong people leader who builds high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Must have strong transportation experience.
