Operating Partner: a natural-born leader who can run a $1‑2 million business with the safety net of a 43‑store franchise. You will manage labor costs, food costs, waste, inventory, and people. You will also lead and develop future Operating Partners or franchise owners.

• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and meet strict quality control standards.
• Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality – taking orders and fielding customer concerns with a smile.
• Operate, clean, and maintain all store facility and equipment.
• Prepare product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
• Take inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork.
• Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure timely pizza delivery.
• Navigate diverse delivery terrain, read maps, and deliver product safely.
• Perform basic math, make correct monetary change, and use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot‑paddle.

• Daily tasks are performed from a standing position; you will be on your feet for the majority of your shift.
• Walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum; work surfaces range from 36″ to 48″.
• Bulk product deliveries require unloading; products may weigh up to 50 lb and require lifting or stacking.
• Occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or stair use may be required.
• Hand‑eye coordination needed for shaping dough, using a pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must pass a motor‑vehicle record check meeting company standards.
