qualifications and responsibilities for this senior mechanical group manager position include:

• 10–15 years of experience in mechanical and piping project leadership within industrial settings
• ability to bring a client base and key personnel to help build and scale a new regional office
• strong estimating background, with support from corporate estimator resources
• proven success in startup operations and scaling teams to 20–40 employees
• oversight of mechanical and piping projects valued at $10m–$20m annually per office
• regional management experience and full accountability for team deployment and customer satisfaction
• vehicle allowance included through company car beta program
• deep knowledge of industrial services and hands-on leadership style

salary: $150,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
