Position SummaryThis role initiates directs and participates in community outreach programs by encouraging and supporting associates and managers in serving as good community members. The Operations Manager ensures compliance with company policies, implements asset protection controls, maintains quality assurance standards, and provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates. Responsibilities include managing customer service initiatives, driving financial performance, analyzing economic trends, coordinating job related activities, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
Responsibilities- Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, protect assets, and monitor safety controls.
- Develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies and provide process improvement leadership.
- Supervise and develop hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate performance.
- Drive the financial performance of the facility by reviewing PL statements and controlling expenses.
- Coordinate and oversee job related activities, develop relationships with stakeholders, and support continuous learning.
- Minimum 2 years of college; or 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; or 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- 5 or more direct reports with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
