Position SummaryResponsible for supplying materials required for packaging lines, keeping press floor clear and organized, insure proper packaging of product, and daily warehouse support for production.
EssentialPosition Requirements (include, but are not limited to)
- SAFETY FIRST – Every employee of Cellofoam North America Inc. must demonstrate a strong commitment to following all safety standards, procedures, and practices to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others.
- Maintain pace to meet accepted production standards.
- Package and label products to meet customer requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading of finished goods and supplies.
- Follow daily warehouse schedule and support as required; organize and keep product in specific locations.
- Perform daily forklift inspections.
- Cover production lines during breaks and lunched to relieve packers.
- Perform other production duties as requested by supervisor.
- Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others.
- Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding plant or employee concerns.
- Maintain a working knowledge and is in full compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and Federal anti‑trust laws.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment; minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
- Must be Forklift certified.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends.
- Good communication and organizational skills. Attention to details.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to operate a forklift properly and safely.
- Basic knowledge of computer data entry (Excel spreadsheets).
- Flexibility in working hours to include nights, weekends and holidays as required if necessary.
- Overtime work may be required.
