Position Summary:

Supports production control by creating daily build plan reports, tracking work orders, ensuring material supply, and maintaining schedules.

Position Responsibilities:

• Create reports for planning department
• Input maintenance and work order data
• Support short and long-term production schedules for on-time delivery
• Analyze capacity and material needs, advise sales of delays
• Coordinate with manufacturing and purchasing on material status
• Approve schedule deviations and ECNs

Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:

• Problem-solving in changing situations
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills

Proven track record in quality and continuous improvement, proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, high attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate’s degree;
Bachelor’s preferred

Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing, with experience in purchasing, expediting, MRP/ERP systems

Work Environment: Office setting, ability to sit long periods, visual acuity for data entry
