** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to move raw materials.
* Load haul trucks, hoppers, and stockpiles while maintaining quality and production targets.
* Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
* Maintain safe work practices and support site safety initiatives at all times.
* Assist with general plant and pit operations to ensure efficient material flow and productivity.##
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment.
* Strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and following established procedures.
* Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns.
* Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Dependable work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing production needs and priorities.##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.##
** What We Offer*** $23.26 to $34.61 per hour
