* Position Summary:

As a Coolant Technician you will be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the coolant recovery system, CNC machines coolant tank and PM schedules. Must be a self-starter, a good manager of time, work independently and follow company policy standards for safety and conduct.

* Position Responsibilities:

*** Maintain coolant recovery system, Smart Skim unit.
* Monitor coolant percentages in the Smart Skim and CNC equipment.
* Maintain CNC machine coolant tanks and repair coolant pumps.
* Sump and clean coolant tanks
* Maintain hydraulic systems.
* Maintain filter bag by cleaning and replacing filter as required.
* Help with general clean up.
* Assist in additional tasks as directed by maintenance team.
* Perform PM scheduled tasks.
* Safely driving a forklift with light loads at ground level.
* Ensure that all safety requirements are always followed.
** Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

Required:

*** Mechanically inclined
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to meet demanding deadlines.
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team member to accomplish objectives.

** 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated ability in industrial maintenance
