No call, no weekends, no overnights. Atlanta Allergy & Asthma Clinic (AAA), an affiliate of SENTA Partners – the largest allergy group in Georgia – provides care to children and adults across 18 locations in Atlanta and north Georgia. SENTA Partners is a leading Management Services Organization focusing on operational efficiency and financial performance for ENT and Allergy practices.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at SENTA Partners plays a vital role in providing high‑quality patient care in our ENT and Allergy clinics. The LPN works closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient services. This position involves both direct patient care and administrative duties, contributing to a positive patient experience.

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses.
• Assist with patient assessments, vital sign taking, medical history recording, and preparation for examinations.
• Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as directed.
• Perform routine lab tests, collect specimens, and prepare samples for analysis.
• Assist with diagnostic tests, treatments, and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and care plans.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records in electronic health systems.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, including cleaning and sterilizing instruments.
• Manage patient flow, scheduling, and follow‑up appointments to support efficient clinic operations.
• Respond to patient inquiries, phone calls, and triage calls with appropriate guidance.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.

  Monday‑Thursday (no weekends)
• Float expectations: 1–2x per week between nearby offices

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting, preferably in ENT or Allergy.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
