• Coordinate activities of the patient care team on the unit and monitor the quality of care delivered during shifts
• Support the organization's customer-centric service program by addressing patient, family, and physician concerns
• Assess, coach, and evaluate staff’s clinical practice and competency levels
• Maintain effective communication with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members
• Provide direct patient care as needed, including assessing, planning, and evaluating patient needs

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or a related field, with a BSN required within three years of hire
• Minimum of three (3) years of direct care RN nursing experience in an acute care setting
• Professional certification in a clinical or leadership specialty within two (2) years of hire
• Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate strong leadership skills

• Master's Degree in nursing or a related field within five (5) years of hire
• Charge Nurse or supervisory experience
• Membership in a professional organization within three months of hire
• Proactive leadership style with a focus on quality care delivery
• Experience in mentoring or training nursing staff
