Apply now for a stable, dynamic role on our 24‑bed Intermediate Care Heart Failure Unit. We care for patients with advanced heart failure, LVADs, PA catheter monitoring, and more. Learn, treat, and educate patients in an environment of collaboration and patient safety.
Responsibilities- Assume bedside leadership for an interdisciplinary team; oversee nursing care of complex heart failure patients.
- Monitor vital signs, heart rhythms, and hemodynamic data from PA and central line monitors.
- Administer diuretic and cardiac drips, antiarrhythmic and vasopressor drugs per protocol.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care plans and patient outcomes.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, unit council, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide patient, family, and staff education regarding heart failure management.
- Assist pre‑ and post‑cardiac catheterization, pre‑op open heart, electrophysiology and LVAD care.
- Support unit safety, staffing, and staffing compliance activities.
- Licensed RN in Georgia.
- Associate’s Degree (ADN) or equivalent diploma (BSN preferred).
- Minimum 1‑year RN experience with competency in RN I expectations.
- Prior experience or training in cardiology, telemetry, or intensive care preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus (dependent on experience).

Physical demands: ability to lift up to 100 lbs, sit, stand, and perform essential job functions with occasional mobilization of patients. Must read, write, reason, and use keyboards.
