As a critical member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring exceptional patient care, and driving clinical excellence.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of our nursing units, including medication administration, wound care, and mobility assistance
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
- Lead and mentor a team of LPNs and RNs, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care
- Monitor and report on unit statistics, including patient outcomes, quality measures, and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, dietary, and social services, to ensure seamless care transitions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance patient care and staff efficiency
- Current LPN/RN licensure in the state of Georgia
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, with at least 1 year in a management or leadership role
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
