Role: Registered Nurse providing specialized inpatient rehab care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic surgeries, and complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop/update individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient progress toward functional goals.
- Coordinate with therapists and physicians to ensure integrated care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
- Support safe discharge planning and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Registered Nurse licensure and relevant experience in inpatient rehabilitation.
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with advanced rehab technologies is a plus.
