COMPANY

Our client is a fast-growing clinical research site conducting Phase I–IV trials across a variety of therapeutic areas, including neurological, cardiovascular, endocrine, and musculoskeletal conditions. They are expanding into oncology and seeking passionate professionals to support that growth. With 30+ sites in 10 states and more growth ahead in 2025 and beyond, this is an ideal role for someone looking to advance in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting.

POSITION

We are hiring an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support Phase I trials onsite in Gainesville, GA. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with early-phase studies and is excited to be part of a team expanding into oncology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and monitor Phase I clinical trials with attention to compliance and quality
  • Serve as a key point of contact between sponsors, CROs, and site teams
  • Track study progress, timelines, and patient safety
  • Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
  • Contribute to the site's growth in oncology research

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3+ years of CRA experience, with a strong background in Phase I trials
  • Oncology trial experience is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a health or life science field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
