COMPANY
Our client is a fast-growing clinical research site conducting Phase I–IV trials across a variety of therapeutic areas, including neurological, cardiovascular, endocrine, and musculoskeletal conditions. They are expanding into oncology and seeking passionate professionals to support that growth. POSITION
We are hiring an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support Phase I trials onsite in Gainesville, GA. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with early-phase studies and is excited to be part of a team expanding into oncology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and monitor Phase I clinical trials with attention to compliance and quality
- Serve as a key point of contact between sponsors, CROs, and site teams
- Track study progress, timelines, and patient safety
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
- Contribute to the site's growth in oncology research
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3+ years of CRA experience, with a strong background in Phase I trials
- Oncology trial experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a health or life science field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
