Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
  • Guest Service Department Manager: ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experiences, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and keep Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas organized.
  • Kitchen Department Manager: ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality, safe, and timely food; control food cost; train kitchen staff on production procedures.
  • People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, provide training, schedule workers to meet sales and profit goals, and keep crew motivated and recognized.
Qualifications
  • Previous managerial experience preferred, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
  • Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
