The Assistant Team Leader supports store operations by maintaining a clean, organized store, assisting with supervision, merchandising, inventory, and customer service. Key duties include:

• Providing excellent customer service and operating registers.
• Supporting store standards, merchandising, and safety.
• Assisting with employee scheduling, training, and compliance.
• Managing merchandise receiving, stocking, and presentation.
• Ensuring financial integrity through cash handling and deposits.
• Assisting in store management during the Store Team Leader’s absence.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail and supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
