On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T0796) role rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.00 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to help solve their needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Keep guests informed about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Understand and communicate the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed. Be familiar with all fulfillment services and how to direct guests to enroll, activate, and use them.
• Explain how to use Wallet and other Target App features to guests.
• Process returns and follow register prompts, partnering with leaders when needed to resolve issues while following Target policies.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience in line with policies and procedures.
• Deliver efficient service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up, and returns, including compliance with relevant laws.
• Assist with cash office processes as needed, including cash systems management.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to accurately handle cash and support cash office operations as needed.
• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active engagement by picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts; failure to work at least one shift within 5 months may result in administrative termination.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift (length may vary).
