• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing fast, friendly, and excellent customer service.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert, providing accurate product information and selling based on customers’ needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and a clutter‑free environment.
• Restock shelves and stay up to date on all new products offered in our stores.

• High School diploma and/or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (some states require 21 years of age).
• Previous retail experience in a similar industry is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with products within our industry is a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable, with an opportunity to grow in a fast‑paced and expanding company.
