The Customer Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the in‑store experience. The role includes answering phones, maintaining customer files and store records, ensuring showroom appearance meets company standards, and participating in outbound telemarketing to existing and potential customers.

• Acquire and maintain customer relationships.
• Handle clerical functions, including office management and file maintenance.
• Create price tags.
• Process customer payments and enter data in the Versi‑Rent computer program.
• Greet customers and facilitate in‑store sales.
• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain showroom appearance.
• Resolve customer service concerns as they arise.
• Answer phones.
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary for effective store management.

• Answer telephone to company standards and communicate product information effectively.
• Build and maintain files in accordance with company standards and policy.
• Possess intermediate math skills.
• Exhibit excellent phone skills.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Explain terms of rental/lease agreements to customers.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in person and over the telephone.
• Be organized.
• Be able to work overtime.

• Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching, and grabbing as required.
