Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of auto sales experience, preferred.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong knowledge of vehicles.
• Confidence in negotiating and closing deals.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Availability to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays.
