ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Deidre Fresquez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

  • Own a pipeline of warm leads and build new relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
  • Match clients with the right coverage—auto, home, life, and more—so they can sleep easy.
  • Follow up fast, close the loop, and hit or beat monthly sales goals.
  • Keep CRM notes tight and accurate so the whole team can deliver five-star service.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • At least one year of proven sales success. Insurance, financial services, or other consultative sales are ideal.
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or the commitment to get them within 60 days).
  • A hunter mindset: you love targets, track your own numbers, and find ways to win every day.
  • Solid communication skills—phone, email, text, in person.
  • High integrity. We do right by clients even when no one’s watching.
