J. Craig Wilson and Associates is looking to hire a friendly and motivated employee for an entry‑level position. No prior experience in the insurance industry is required. We need someone with excellent communication skills who can build strong relationships with new and existing clients. As part of this role, you will provide our benefits to the workforce throughout the state of Georgia using the leads we provide.
You will be responsible for managing client accounts and claims, finding new business opportunities, and reporting on daily activities. We offer full‑time employment with flexible scheduling.
- Client Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their exact needs. - Sales:
Present and sell our insurance products to new and existing clients. - Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with a supportive team to achieve individual and team targets. - Training and Development:
Benefit from constant training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- 18 years or older
- Pass a background check (no felonies or pending charges)
- Hold a valid Georgia driver's license
- Hold a valid Georgia Insurance License, or be willing to get licensed with our scholarship program
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required; customer service experience is a plus
- Extra commitment and willingness to receive initial classroom product training, field training, and mentoring (as well as the commitment to continuous education throughout workshops, seminars, and conferences)
- Competitive Compensation: $50k-80k average range for your first year.
