- Maintain inventory of parts and materials; inform the Foreman when stock is low.
- Inspect roofs and boiler rooms for vandalism, equipment operation, and safety issues.
- Respond to emergency calls related to heating and air systems when driving a company vehicle.
- Meet with outside contractors, oversee their work, and report progress to the Foreman.
- Work with minimal supervision, follow safety regulations, and meet schedules.
- Valid driver's license with maintained insurability.
- Background check clearance.
- Two years of technical or apprentice training, EPA-CFC Certification.
- Ability to interpret wire diagrams, blueprints, and operational sequences.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
- Effective communication skills and adherence to safety standards.
