Residential Installation Technician

We are seeking a Residential Installation Technician in Gainesville, GA to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for installing our state‑of‑the‑art home security solutions for residential customers. • Install security systems for residential clients according to job specifications and customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service by establishing positive relationships and offering solutions to enhance their security experience
• Follow wiring diagrams, hook‑up procedures, and safety standards to ensure quality installations
• Conduct tests to verify system performance and instruct customers on using the equipment
• Maintain inventory, process paperwork, and support the training of new installation technicians

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with construction, cable installation, or low voltage systems is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle payments and complete accurate paperwork
• Must be detail‑oriented, capable of following technical instructions, and safety‑conscious
• Ability to represent the company professionally and maintain product knowledge, including features, pricing, and promotions

• $45,000 to $60,000 annual average earnings (hourly paid training and 100% uncapped commission)
