Drivers / Laborers – TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®

Join us as a Driver or Laborer with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. We’re hiring now.

Starting pay: $19 – $21 per hour plus tips. A driver’s license is required but no experience or CDL necessary. We offer a fast interview and hiring process.

• Starting pay:
  • Drivers $19 – $21 per hour plus tips.
  • Movers $17 – $18 per hour plus tips.

• Full‑time and part‑time schedules available Monday through Saturday.

• Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• Greet customers upon arrival, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk‑through of the premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing and unpacking customers’ belongings.
• Work with a team of movers to load and unload the moving truck.
• Accurately complete paperwork and collect payment.
• Safely drive and maneuver a box truck.
• Must have stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) all day while climbing stairs, balancing, walking.

• All employees are trained on how to safely lift and move furnishings and boxes.
• If you do not currently hold a commercial driver’s license, you will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and will be supported in obtaining your Class C license.
