  • Implement and enforce shop procedures for optimal performance.

  • Stay abreast of the latest automotive technologies and implement them into repair and diagnostic processes.
  • Provide guidance and training to the team on new technologies.
• Vehicle Inspection
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and assess mechanical issues, safety concerns, and areas requiring maintenance.
  • Provide detailed reports on inspection findings, including recommended repairs and maintenance to ensure the safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
• Personal Billable Hours
  • Consistently produce a minimum of 30 billable hours per week through hands‑on work.
  • Lead by example in delivering high‑quality, efficient repairs.

• Vehicle Inspection
  • Measure inspection completion and accuracy rate of identified critical issues.
• Customer Satisfaction
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality repairs and excellent service.
• Training and Development
  • Assess and enhance your skill levels through training and development initiatives.
• Efficiency Metrics
  • Monitor and improve technician efficiency metrics, including turnaround times and completion rates.

• ASE Certification in G series testing preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in an automotive service setting.
• Strong technical skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
