Oiler Helper - Heavy Equipment/labor (Dallas, TX) - Austin Bridge & Road

We are seeking an Oiler Helper to support our heavy equipment and construction projects in Dallas, TX. The role involves hands‑on maintenance and support to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

• Fuel, oil, and grease construction equipment.
• Perform daily maintenance and scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Check oil levels and other fluid quantities.
• Work as a vital team member, contributing to project success.
• Attend daily safety meetings.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Adapt work hours to meet project needs, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Operate in adverse weather conditions, both hot and cold.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or heavy construction labor.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety and diligent in demonstrating safe work practices.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States;
