No matter your role, you connect and collaborate with your fellow team members to bring state‑of‑the‑art, high value‑added solutions to market.

This includes support of development and deployment of standard practices across SSUSA for the deployment of Lean Sigma tools and concepts into the SSUSA culture.

The Lean Sigma Black Belt will help SSUSA leadership teams learn how to utilize Lean Sigma tools and concepts to manage and improve the business. The primary activities will be coaching, teaching, and projects or Kaizen facilitation so team members may learn the concepts “hands‑on”.
